From vines planted over 100 years ago, this rich, succulent Tannat is produced in the high altitude province of Salta. A combination of altitude and UV light enables the grapes to ripen fully while retaining good acidity, keeping the wine fresh and well balanced. It's a great example of top quality Tannat and we love it with steak or roast beef!
