VINEYARD
Two different vineyards in Maldonado, on the east coast of Uruguay: Garzón and Cerro del Toro. Both are in close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, with stony calcareous soils. Temperatures were heavily moderated by the Atlantic influence.
VITICULTURE
Sustainable production: using management techniques focused on achieving qualitative results with the least impact on the environment, ensuring the safety of our products and the safety of employees.
WINEMAKING
100% hand-harvested, whole-bunch press, and only 50% of the pressed juice was used. Fermentation with selected yeast at low temperatures of 14-16°C. Work on the lees to achieve roundness and creaminess. No malolactic. 9 months in French oak 2.000 liters founders.
TASTING NOTES
Light clear golden color. Delicate mineral nose, unripe pears, granny smith apples, and a touch of butter. The textured palate, with refreshing acidity, a very long finish. Delicious, refined, and joyful.
